I'm going through the upgrade instructions, 1.6 to 2.1

Section 12.b could be more precise.

For postgres it states "you should see foreign keys being dropped".
Does that mean the "DROP VIEW IF EXISTS..." lines and the
"ALTER TABLE ... DROP constraint .. " lines?  Or is there
something more that should be there?

Then it says to "try setting the ddlutils.schema property",
but doesn't say set it to what.

Finally, "manually drop foreign keys".  How?
