Can you put the GSH script in a file, and give gsh the argument of the path to the script…

Thanks,

chris

Subject: [grouper-users] Run loader job from shell script

We use JAMS job scheduler at UCLA .  I’d like to run my Grouper loader job from JAMS.  Is it possible to run a multi-line GSH session from a shell script?  So far I’m getting an execution error.

Here is the source:

#!/bin/bash

if [ -z "$GROUPER_HOME" ] ; then

                export GROUPER_HOME='/usr/local/grouper'

fi

$GROUPER_HOME/bin/gsh.sh

grouperSession = GrouperSession.startRootSession();

group = GroupFinder.findByName(grouperSession, "ucla:etc:config:orgsConfig");

loaderRunOneJob(group);

Result:

Connected to server.ucla.edu on port 22

SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_4.3

JAMSAgentX Version: 4.5.48

MVPA ERROR " exec failed: /home/edjobs/.jams/job/6d/0f2391-d1b5-4e62-889f-d8fafc05cb89 "
