You need the DB and tomcat running, and optionally the daemon.

First you might want to stop all java processes related to the
installer/grouper.

If you don't have the output from the first run, you could use this to help
start those things:

Or you could simply run it again, it will not download stuff, say no to
building, and it will start stuff for you.

So, I did a successful installer run, and played with the grouper ui and
everything was working as expected.

Now I'm coming back after being away from it for a couple weeks and while
Tomcat is available at host:8080, I get a 404 when browsing to
host:8080/grouper

I assume it's a simple restart of Grouper, but I could use a hint.
