How do you intend to select the groups to be provisioned to a
particular target, by name or attribute or ?

As of 2.1.0 with change log provisioning, it is possible to select
targets based on the group name. There are filters (GroupInStem and
NameInStem, see psp-resolver.xml) which select the groups to be
provisioned based on their location in grouper.

If you intend to specify the provisioned target based on a group
attribute, rather than group name, and use change log provisioning,
then we probably need to start a bug request in jira. I believe
UChicago wanted something similar.

If this proves to be a common request, we should probably gather
common requirements and create a suitable example configuration.
