Try it again, if it asked you if you want to build the UI, say no, since it 
is already built... not sure why it would boot you off...

Got a step further by running the UI build ant dist command from the command 
line.

[ps52021]$ pwd
/opt/grouper.installer-2.0.3/grouper.ui-2.0.3
[ps52021]$ sh /opt/grouper.installer-2.0.3/apache-ant-1.8.2/bin/ant dist
...
BUILD SUCCESSFUL
Total time: 16 seconds

Is there a way to go back to the installer from that point on?
