Well, we could tweak the "pick a group" screen of the lite UI to just show 
the user's manageable groups if there aren't too many, otherwise they can 
search for them...   thoughts?  Note: eventually it would be nice to have at 
the top of the screen the recently managed groups for ease of use...

After someone logs in, I'd like them to see a  list of the Groups whose 
membership they can manage...

... and just those groups.
