Provisioning to multiple targets "should be" possible using a single
ldappncg instance - let me mock-up another test, verify, and reply
with configuration hints.

In general, you will need to define a new target in ldappcng.xml and
link it to a new vt-ldap provider (ldappc-ldap-foo.xml) via
ldappc-services.xml.
