I've updated ldappc_branch_grouper_1_4_20081204 so that it can be checked out and then built via 'mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true package' without additional mvn commands.

However, this is quite an interim step until we can fix the tests.

For the record, the version/branch of ldappc tagged with
ldappc_branch_grouper_1_4_20081204 in the CVS, after being
compiled/built/packaged with Maven 2.0.9, appears to work with Grouper
API 1.4.0.

I was able to provision a small but representative set of
groups into our LDAP server.
