Grouper Users - Open Discussion List

Hi,

I'm am using Grouper V1.4.0 and getting the following error when I try
to save stems via my web service client.

        seeing if web service user
        
'InternalSubject[subjectID=GrouperSystem,subjectTypeID=application,name=GrouperSysAdmin]'
 can actAs the other subject: 
'InternalSubject[subjectID=GrouperSystem,subjectTypeID=application,name=GrouperSysAdmin]'
        
I assume this is due to some change in the interface between V1.3.0 and
V1.4.0 that I will have to look for myself. However I don't understand
the error message, since the information about the service user is
identical to that for the "other subject".
