Grouper Users - Open Discussion List

Okay, I've found the problem.  I had the groups.wheel.use and
groups.wheel.group attributes set to the proper values.  However, there
was an extra space at the end of each that seemed to be throwing things
off.  Once I removed these, I'm now seeing the dropdown in the proper
place.
