I haven't been able to consistently reproduce the error, yet. So far
I've gotten the error when deleting a group or adding members to a
group.
I don't think I've seen this particular error before.
Do you recall the order of operations that caused this error? If not,
could you pass it along the next time it happens. I think I might
have a hunch as to what is going on but the idea is still coalescing.
