From those errors it looks like you are experiencing the same problem
that Ashwin got previously, so I'll just copy the reply I sent to him
below (I'm not sure I sent my reply to the list properly last time -
I'm fairly new to Gmail).
It looks like you haven't configured the absolute location of the
database files. The /conf/hibernate.properties should be configured
to point at the absolute location of the HSQL database files.
For example on my Win2K box I changed hibernate.properties thus:
hibernate.connection.url =
jdbc:hsqldb:C:/grouper-0.5/dist/run/grouper
