I'm tossing Ryan Rumbaugh, from U Nebraska-Lincoln into this thread. He's
deploying the TIER Grouper (and TIER Shib IdP) very soon. He's using a
Jenkin's CI/CD pipeline.

I'm not sure if he's attending TechEx or not, but now he might have a good
excuse to attend if he wasn't otherwise. (Sorry I didn't check with you
beforehand, Ryan.) Otherwise, I could take his place on the panel (if you
need to fill a seat). We should have one other client live by TechEx too
using the TIER Grouper image and Jenkin's CI/CD delivery.

My sense is other schools who may be attending, but not part of CSP would
be interested in panel discussion on Docker/TIER at the CAMP part of TechEx.
