I've submitted something for the BOF.    Nothing fancy:

This BoF is for both those that are interested in / in process of deploying / have already deployed
the container based TIER Grouper distribution. We interested in a platform for exchanging experience
(suggestions, recipes, pitfalls) while deploying containerized Grouper, locally and in the cloud.

Agreed. Unless others think it unnecessary, I'll draft something shortly for a panel session. I'll include Michigan, Lafayette, and Illinois. Others want in? We can always add others later, too.

My sense is other schools who may be attending, but not part of CSP would be interested in panel discussion on Docker/TIER at the CAMP part of TechEx.
