The CO title will in some cases appear three times (if the logo contains 
the CO name as well).  We can give it a try near the CO name; once 
created it will be very easy to move, perhaps to the black bar.

Very good - if you're open to the idea of respecting the CO in the 
account menu as well, then keeping the behavior uniform between menus is 
most likely going to be the most intuitive for end users.
