What do you think of this instead?  I think it looks better with the rounded corners and the buttons separated by the white line but not completely cut off.   

 

    The CO people groups tab requires the pencil icon

I checked an older version of the page and it didn't have it before I edited the page.  It doesn't really make sense to add it in given that there's no editing of the membership to be done, just adding and deleting done en masse on one page, which are already offered via links there.  We should probably talk about changes to how membership is managed at some point, but that's out of the scope of this ticket.  At the I2 meeting, maybe.
