Did you try https?

Ah, that works.

I have Safari 5.0, Chrome 16.0, and FF 6.0.  They all look slightly
different.  Graah.

I'm on FF 9. Some quick comments...

- The logout button should be bigger, basically the height of the entire bar. Not sure if we want to make the others bigger, too.

I tried it but it's ugly.  I made it bigger, though it would look better if the size were consistent.

- The COmanage logo background clashes. I'm sure you noticed, but I think we need an easy way to "drop in a logo" without getting the nested box look. It might just be requiring a transparent background.

Do you have a better copy of the logo or an original psd?

- We should plan on using snazzy effects like fade-in or window shade. Notifications especially could use this.

I prefer window shade.

- When I mouse over "My Account" the menus drop off the right side of the page.

   Shouldn't any links that require a CO be auto-generated to encode
   the current CO (as selected by the CO dropdown)?

At some point, we deferred the discussion of how to keep track of that.
 Is that in scope for the menu ticket?  Is there any problem with using
this?

$this ->  Session ->  write("currentCO","LIGO");  // Or co id

I think this is going to be a discussion topic since it will involve interacting with the page content. We should figure that out after the Cake 2 migration is done. Let's continue to defer.
