I support the 15 minute chats, and on those days, but I need
them to be earlier if we keep those days.

So here is a counter-proposal(s):

A) M,W: 8:00 AM PT, 10:00 AM CT, 12:00 PM ET

B)  T,Th: 10:00 AM PT, 12:00 PM CT, 1:00 PM ET
