Yes, we will be racing dogs through obstacle courses.

To get there, and based on various conversations over the past several 
days, I'm proposing we add a bit more "formal" agileness to the COmanage 
project.

We arguably had our first spring planning meeting in Pasadena, and I've 
written up a proposal (which, uh, started yesterday) at

I've also tagged the appropriate issues with 'sprint01' in JIRA.

I'd expect Sprint 01 to be a teething sprint. We'll get it right next time.

It turns out the COmanage project has a PM-type who likes hanging out 
with developers, so it seems to make sense to have her handle some of 
the overhead associated with this. I'm not quite sure what that is yet, 
but we'll figure it out as we go.

We won't start the semi-daily scrums yet until we can figure out our 
schedules. In the mean time, the four of us should probably have an 
organizational call. Heather can't make the dev meeting on Friday. How 
is everyone's availability either Monday 12/19 after 3 ET (12n PT) or 
Wednesday 12/21?

Incidentally, I can't make the dev meeting as scheduled on 12/16. Could 
we move it to after 2pm ET?
