On the way to the airport, Scott and I discussed setting up semi-daily 
scrums (and implicitly moving to a more "formal" agile methodology). 
Here's a proposal:

Mon & Wed: 15 minutes chat via Skype (so you can be on another 
conference call if necessary) to cover

* What was done since the last meeting
* What is planned before the next meeting
* Any impediments/stumbling blocks?

I'll propose 10am PT/1pm ET for these chats.

Fri: Maintain current hourly meeting voice via Skype to cover the above 
as well as any discussion topics we need to go over.

We might also want to start thinking in terms of sprints. We could use 
our 12/16 call to discuss and/or plan. (I may need to reschedule that call.)
