While I am aware of the "Michael Gettes" problem... and I appreciate
Dan's perspective on this... researchers switching institutions is
not such a rare case. It is a normal course of business. Whether
or not this is a problem to solve now or later, to me, is moot...
it just needs to be solved at some point before someone sufficiently
important needs the ability. Knowing when that may be is NP-Complete.
