This is just a candidate release.  I know for a fact that Confluence still 
isn't working and this is an opportunity for Chris and others to play with it 
and let me know how to finish it up as well as test other elements like 
Drupal and Sympa.  We shouldn't promote this one anywhere except internally.  
But we're getting closer.
