Thanks in particular to Ben Teitelbaum from Internet2 and Jeremy George from
Yale on their contributions.  The cookbook is seen as a dynamic document so
contributions and additions are always welcome!

The SIP.edu project page <http://voip.internet2.edu/SIP.edu/> has also been
updated.
