Steve,

No problem. Your confusion is understandable. The WG has
historically focused on H.323 voice trunking. Since January, however,
the group has moved to a more decentralized model, with several
projects led by different members of the community all under the
umbrella of the VoIP WG. SIP.edu and the voice disaster recovery
initiative are both based on SIP and are organized as VoIP WG
projects.

The H.323 voice testbed is still formally a VoIP WG project, though
little has happened on that project in over a year. There have been
some discussions of evolving that project to peer Call Managers via
SIP, ENUM, and/or the ViDeNet GDS. This project needs to be
rejuvinated or concluded by year's end.
