All, 
We will hold a PIC conference call today at 4pm EDT.  

The Spring Member Meeting is finally upon us, and we're ready for our
big demo!
The picdemo server should arrive onsite soon and should be plugged in to
the conference network on Friday.
We also hope to have the revised Internet2 project page(s) updated
today: http://pic.internet2.edu/trials/200804-trial.html

Today's call will include any last minute wrap-ups to prepare for the MM
and demo.  We should also talk about testing the server after it goes
live (who/what/etc).

Also, if you haven't selected, installed, and configured at least one IM
client, now is the time!  If you run into issues, please ask the
"experts" on today's call.

Thanks to all who have worked so hard to get us ready for the demo.
