Presence and IntComm WG

Hi All
   I've uploaded a couple of studies to

used them a couple of times in various presentations to put an
enterprise-wide efficiency angle to why one should put in a presence and
IM fabric. Of course these studies would also lend themselves to
inter-enterprise efficiencies.
