Hi All
    If we are going to create a shibbolized jabber account generation
webpage for the Spring Members Meeting then we don't have to worry about
issuing shibboleth credentials to people who don't have then. These
people should use either  ProtectNetworks OpenIDP
<http://www.protectnetwork.org/index.html> or OpenIdP.org
<https://www.openidp.org/>.
It would be good to encourage people interested in using the jabber
facilities at the meeting  to get such accounts before the meeting and
familiarize themselves with the whole  shibboleth login process.
