[ACTION] (5/3) Deke will ask Mark when he expects to be able to revise the

working group.

*Discussion*

The group discussed incorporating the use cases into the PIC.edu survey. The
group agreed to use the survey to:
- put forward a variety of use cases and find out which ones people
are interested in,
- ask questions aimed at finding out what elements of PIC people have already
deployed on their campuses, and
- decide what goes in the initial PIC.edu package based on the survey results.

The initial PIC.edu package will either be plain Jabber or Jabber+JINGLE; what
we want to achieve initially is interest, deployment penetration, momentum, 
and
maybe unified addressing a la SIP.edu. Once we have some momentum, we can take
the feedback from the use cases and extend the package.
