Present: Roger Will, Dennis Baron, Candace (& Henry) Holman, Deke 
Kassabian, Joe Rork, Michael Geddes, Jonathan.

Roger glad Deke/Prashant volunteered to co-chair PIC.
Deke will handle the spring member meeting and act as interim chair 
in the short term.
Roger plans to remain in touch via email and occasional phone "appearances".
Ken has weighed in on PIC (through brief conversation with Ben C). 
Advises holding off on PIC.edu project 'til after merger and 
governance issues have been settled, as this represents a large 
effort. No indication that resources would be made available later.

SMM - Should Deke describe PIC.edu project or should we develop 
use-cases and reviewing use-cases?

Aim: to build involvement and enthusiasm for PIC.
(depending on who shows up)
- General introduction to PIC
- Group that thinks about Presence and integrated communication 
through the portal of a project.
- PIC.edu described as a potential project.
- We've been working on writing use-cases.
        - Use-cases are not to be presented as fully formed but as 
provisional, to be worked on during the meeting if there's time.
        - Ben C was to tweak use-cases on Wiki under teaching 
support and extracurricular.

ACTIONS:
Jonathan to add Voice bridge to videoconference so that Roger and 
Candace and Dennis can attend remotely. JT to send dialing info.
Candace to contact Ben C and flesh out posted use-cases.
