Hi,

I've been collecting some pic-ser issues that I observed in testing, but 
I notice now that there is a new developer for the SER PA module, Vaclav 
Kubart.  He's posted lots of changes that seem to fit in to fix issues 
we've seen, like treatment of expires and sending of double NOTIFYs.

Vaclav has been testing with Eyebeam, kphone, and Messenger.  Not sure 
if he tested with pua.pl.  Does anyone have news to share about this?
