 I have a nagging feeling and would like a reality check. Are we 
promising any level of
 integration with site specific applications with this package? LDAP 
for provisioning
 keeps coming to mind but not for any good reason.

  Given that SER updates usually include background changes like MySQL 
table
 changes do we need to do anything special to prepare the users for 
backing up,
 rebuilding the tables then reloading their data?

    I'm interested in user driven provisioning tools and location 
services capable of
  determining the location of wired and wireless clients (handsets) 
which register
  to the proxy.
