All,

We probably should continue to focus on the SMM. I think the
relevant items from Ben C.'s minutes are below. We need to begin to
think about what UAs we're going to use in the demo. The third item
is a little different from my memory. I thought we're going to do
some simple installation notes but not a cookbook.

Additions and corrections are welcome. Connection information is
after the minutes.

[ACTION] Bruce will talk to Jamey about doing presence via XCAP.
[ACTION] Bruce and Candace will dig deeper into PIC's eyeBeam testing results.
[ACTION] All will review Candace's Feb. 25 note to the list, subject "Presence
Package Requirements Update 022505 (2)", in preparation for further discussion
of the package, its cookbook, and associated services on the March 17 call.
[ACTION] Ben T. will write a script for the Member Meeting demo, recruiting
others to help as necessary.

[ACTION] For the Spring MM demo, Rodger will look into a) eyeBeam for the Mac
and b) Session.
[ACTION] Candace will try to get a version of Pulver Communicator that
registers
properly with PALS.
[ACTION] Jamey will look into ways of addressing Dennis's concerns about solo
testing on the PALS server.
[ACTION] Jamey will test eyeBeam against the 090 prerelease version of SER,
which is what PALS is running now.
