EyeBeam Diagnostic Logging:

In case you need to run a diagnostic during out test today, just right 
click on the client and choose Diagnostic log.  By default it is set to 
Minimal log - to enable more complex logging, choose Settings-Diagnostics 
and add more options to the eyeBeam logging configuration there.

Example:

In a test with Ben T., calls between us work fine but IM does not.  Here's 
an example of a minimal log of trying to send him the message "Test" from 
my client (some IP addresses are masked).
