Here's a reminder about the eyeBeam test, with the configuration information.
Make sure to follow the recommendations about Domain Proxy.  You may need 
to do this outside the account wizard setup steps.

Right click, choose Settings, SIP Accounts, the pals account you created, 
and verify that these are checked:

Register with domain
Use as Outbound Proxy
Manual Override
Host - pals.internet2.edu

Also, username and auth user name should not be fully qualified with @ and 
domain, just the username part is fine.

If you have more than one SIP account, make sure you check

Enable this SIP account


I will send out some more tips and a testing schedule before 3PM.
