  It's certainly been helpful to me; thank you.  I need to think about it
and maybe read more before I ask more questions.  It seems as though
it all relates to PIC activity (it's certainly a part of integrating
communications) but it may be too early and too different a direction for
the group to work on at the moment.

  Thoughts anyone?
