Presence and IntComm WG

PICers,

We will proceed with the PIC WG call this Thursday at 4pm ET.  I'd
like to make some progress on planning the double session we have
proposed for the Internet2 Spring Member Meeting.  I'd also like to
discuss the possibility of conducting a limited demo of LBS in
conjunction with a planned demo of "I3" 911.

Here is the session proposal that Jeremy submitted for us:

Last week, there was some confusion about which eDial bridge to use.
To avoid further confusion, I have disabled 0143536.  Instead, from
now on we will use 0125986.  This is a persistent conference---in
addition to using it for the weekly working group calls, you may use
it as a chat room anytime.
