  There were multiple action items from the last call that we should
go over.  At least one thread form the last call on other views of
paths-in-the-snow I'd like to pick up again.  Thanks to all who had
something to say about lessons learned.  Maybe we can press on that
for a bit.

  Just a general comment to the group, I was at a very interesting
meeting earlier this week with some fairly senior people who agreed
very much that feedback to the CIOs on how people want to communicate
is a excellent track.  I'm encouraged that what we're doing will be
useful.
