Here is what I did for Xten-lite (I have the FWD Dial version in case that
makes a difference.)

I set it up as an additional proxy as follows:

Set username and  Authorization user to 

Password to what we are all using
Domain/Realm to internet2.edu
SIP Proxy and Outbound Proxy to pals.internet2.edu
everything else is default.

To dial I used #2wg-pic  #2 because it was my second non-default proxy.  The
trick, if you can call it that, was to not add sip: in the front.  Also the
@internet2.edu at the end isn't necessary, but doesn't hurt if you add it.
