  Sorry for missing last week's call unexpectedly.  I had a family
emergency that blotted out the sun for a while.  Joe R. also expects to
join us so we should be back up to speed on the march to the FMM.

  It might be helpful to start the call by making sure we're all on the
same page for our goals for the FMM.  It might also be useful to cull
through Ben C's task list and make certain it's accurate and up-to-date.

  I'm a little concerned that we still need a bit more organized
structure to stem chaos.  Somewhere there needs to be available the
authoritative tree of tasks and teams.

  Then on to task progress reports, etc.
