Presence and IntComm WG

  The working group meeting request is in as well as the formal
request to permit the demo.  However, anyone working in a PIC sub-group
who would like to have a side meeting, now is the time to request it.
While anyone is certainly free to request his/her own meeting, I'd
like to keep track of PIC-related requests.

  If you want, I'll make a request for you.  If you prefer to make
your own request, please cc the PIC list so that the whole group is
informed.
