There is no problem for sipc to recieve and display text/plain. If
Session cannot support Message/CPIM format, I think it's better to use
415 response and provide the Accept header, instead of using 406 response.

I just modified sipc to use 'text/plain' as the MESSAGE content type and
uploaded the new version. For the is-composing indication
(draft-ietf-simple-iscomposing-00), I still keep it as Message/CPIM format
since it will not be displayed by Session anyway.
For interop with Session, please download sipc again at the same place.
