I confirmed that the latest version of sipc does not have an error when 
you accept a subscription from another user, but that acceptance is not 
reflected on the SIP proxy.  I'm not sure what is going on here and do 
not think we have time to fix this.  I also was deluged with requests 
for new contacts when I started sipc.  Therefore, I think we should 
stick with the plan that we set out in past discussions, which is that 
all participants in the demo are automatically accepted on each other's 
buddy lists.

I think that the current sipc is probably usable for the demo.

I cleaned out all the old contact and watcher info from the tables and 
restarted the SIP proxy so that any issues on the proxy are not confused 
by stale data.

I'm working on manual location override this morning.  You can manually 
set location, but when the automatic location system is running that 
will just reset the location even if you manually set the location.
