Auto subscription of users upon first registration is working.  Anyone
who has already registered should have received an automatic message
from Sympa welcoming you to pic-demo.

For those of you on pals, the code to scan the firstseen table is
here:

pals.internet2.edu:/home/ben/autoSubscribePIC-DEMO.pl

This is run once every 5 minutes from a cron job.

I think this works.
