This half-day workshop is intended to present an unbiased discussion of
how SIP-based VoIP and video-conferencing solutions can play a critical role
within the enterprise today. The workshop will present tutorials on basic SIP
functionality along with advanced capabilities such as presence/IM,
web-telephony integration, security within SIP and business cases. The workshop
will feature several SIP vendor products that will be demonstrated and
participants will be given an opportunity to be hands-on with these products.
Throughout the workshop, the important question of what value does this
emerging technology bring to the enterprise will be addressed.
