Presence and IntComm WG

I have the opposite problem.

The portal picks up the new location when I set it on sipc, using the 
windows version.  The previous sipc windows version also worked fine.

However, if I change the portal location, sipc does not pick it up.

Just wondering - why would you change it on the portal if you can change it 
on sipc?
