The virtual directory is built in the 'sipc' executable. So, it does not
try to source the file from my disk, instead, sipc source the file from
the virtual directory in itself. As in my previous email, the error is
due to an external application cannot run properly. The sipc.tcl file is
the entry point, so it report the error, 'sourcing ...', but the 'child
porcess exited abnormally' indicating the error is caused by an external
application called by sipc.

This should not happen. The ~/.sipc directory get connected at the
begining unless the 'uname' cannot be executed.
Can you try again and send me the file ~/.sipc/sip.dbg
