sigh ... I still get the "Error sourcing /n/grandcentral/proj/irt-gc2/irt/xiaotaow/proj/irt/sipcl/sipc.tcl: child process exited abnormally" message when running sipc on linux. Why is sipc trying to source something on your disk? I deleted the ~/.sipc directory as asked. When I run sipc why doesn't it creat a new ~/.sipc directory?
Why is there not a sipc.tcl in the download tarball?

thanks!

Can you send me the file ~/.sipc/sipc.log and I will take a look at it.

I think the ioctl function should work for the problem on Unix/Linux. But
I have not implemented it in sipc. I still need to find the way for
Windows.

Xiaotao,

I'm having trouble with the Linux sipc -- it seems to be appending a
bunch of null bytes to the end of the SIP uri's that it sends to the SIP
proxy, causing registration to fail.
