The place names used by the location server have been updated to match. 
I did not remove the subscriber->place bindings, so everyone who set a
location will find themselves in new one.

I've also updated the subscriber usernames for the ballrooms to use the
same usernames as in the aliases table so that the sip url should now
connect to the corresponding edial conference.
