I'm still in disconnect mode on this subject. Do we not want sip uris
on the /loc/ page that can be clicked and will dial into the appropriate
Edial conference (e.g. ballroom1, even though ballroom1 is not in the
subscriber table)? There are currently no uri's you can click to
connect to an Edial conference.

When you click on the <Salon,1> link on the /loc/ page, you call
sip:
which from an earlier email [WG-PIC:204] was
stated is the phone in Salon 1, which should not be called directly.

There's a disconnect here somewhere. Neither salon_1 nor 101 are
in the subscriber table. They are aliases for URIs that are external
to the conference domain (even with hijacking :)
