*Specifically as part of the FMM demo* IM is being presented as
one of the communications elements under the umbrella of integrated
communications only.

At this point we need to be aware that the meeting is only three weeks
away and for the same reasons I asked Samir to be patient I think we
need to be careful about adding any sort of requirements. There aren't
a heckuva lot of cycles left until show time.
Assuming the group decides to continue demos, future architectures are
not necessarily bounded by the day1 effort in any way. I think you raise
really good points, not from confusion but rather a nice sense of what
might be. I urge you to bring the ideas to the working group meeting.
Let's talk about them and see what we want to do next time, especially
notions of decentralization v centralization.
